Peeping Tom Victims File Lawsuits

The victims of a peeping tom landlord from Norristown have been filing lawsuits against the landlord, who has been accused of being a peeping tom by authorities in the area. A number of tenants that were renting from Thomas C Daley of Phoenixville have decided to take action against him.

Lawsuit Over Football Player Deaths Settled

According to recent reports lawsuits that were filed by the families of two football players that were killed in 2005 have been settled. The two players, Darrell Russell of Santa Monica and Michael Paul Bastianelli, died in December 2005 after the borrowed car that they were in crashed into a parked MTA bus.

Google Loses Lawsuits Over Copyrighted Images

Internet search engine Google has lost two lawsuits in Germany over the use of copyrighted images that have been used to create thumbnail images for its image search engine. Courts in Germany have ruled that the use of the images to create thumbnails is a violation of copyright laws.

A widow whose husband was killed in a blast at a sugar refinery in February is suing the owner of the plant. The owner of the plant has been accused of negligence, with the lawsuit claiming that he failed to get combustible dust cleaned up, and this then led to the devastating blast that killed the plaintiff's husband amongst others.
