A businessman is suing a strip club after claiming that he was injured by one of the dancers there. The investment broker, who is married and in his thirties, said that when he went to the Hot Lap Dance Club, a mid-town strip club, he was injured by one of the strippers there who was performing a dance.

The New York man, Stephen Change, is said that have been injured in the eye. The lawsuit stated: “During the course of said lap dance, the employee suddenly swung around, striking the plaintiff in the eye with the heel of her shoe.”

The lawsuit has further accused the club and its employee of negligence as a result of the dancer swinging around too quickly and causing the injury to the man. Chang’s lawsuit claims that he sustained serious injuries as a result of the incident.

The manager of the club stated: “We didn’t have any reported accidents. We have a first-aid kit, and we would have treated the guy or called an ambulance.”
