An Allentown man has sued the town and two police officers following a crash in which he was injured and a young boy aged four was killed. This is the second lawsuit to be filed in relation to the case. The mother of the dead boy has already filed a lawsuit, the allegations of which are similar to those made in this latest lawsuit.

Twenty one year old Jason Marcelle has filed the lawsuit after suffering injuries while trying to save four year old Daviay Legrand from the accident. Marcelle filed his lawsuit in federal court in Philadelphia. According to reports he will face long term medical care and may even be unable to work as a result of his injuries.

According to reports, the lawsuit is seeking eight million dollars in damages. The same amount is being sought in the lawsuit filed by the mother of the boy that died in the incident.

The incident occurred when two police patrol cars, responding to an incident, collided. The young boy and Marcelle were both on the sidewalk when the collision occurred.
