Lawsuit Against Dicaprio Needs To Be Changed

Posted:

A judge has told the neighbors of Hollywood star Leonardo DiCaprio that they will have to change the details of their lawsuit against the star if they wish for the lawsuit to go ahead, as in its current state the lawsuit does not show that the movie star has actually done anything wrong.

The neighbors of Leonardo DiCaprio claim that their property has been ruined since 2004, when the star started to make changes to his own property in order to create a recreation area including a basketball court. The lawsuit claimed that DiCaprio damaged the neighbors’ property through excavation of his own.

The neighbors claim that they repeatedly made requests for the work on DiCaprio’s property to be halted, but that these requests were ignored. The lawsuit further claimed that the star maliciously tore up hedges and greenery, excavated ground, and destabilized the neighbors’ deck and swimming pool.

A judge has now told neighbours that there is no proof that the star did anything wrong, and has given the neighbors fifteen days in which to change details of the lawsuit otherwise it will be dismissed.
